Has this happened to you?
You need to go into a stall and do your thing. You open the door and there is a present for you. Not an already full bowl, but a seat liner already laid out for you to use.
"Awwww, how nice of them." you say.
But you have to ask yourself. "Has it been used?" or did the previous user care enough about me to pull off new, clean toilet paper and covered the seat so my tush will stay clean and sanitary?
I'm not taking any chances.
Screw the tree.

Yesterday, another lowly janitor and I went to the office building to move some furniture from different locations. We had numerous pieces to move and had a stack of 4 wheeled furniture dollies. We took a couple of dollies into an area to bring out the furniture to the main hallway. (Like we've done for many years) When we went in, we left most of the dollies stacked in the hallway. This 3 ft high stack of dollies were up against the wall and 10 ft. away from a doorway We came out with our furniture and the dollies were GONE! We were only gone for 10 minutes.
We left the large furniture in the hallway, which was quite larger than the stack of missing dollies, and proceded to look for our stolen equipment. Found them off the aisle between a trashcan and a microwave, with a note left on them.
The note said:
>Janitors,
Keep these out of the main hallway for safety reasons. ...

05 August 09 - 06:52Sense of Smell
A manager found me and told me that his office smelled bad. He figured it was from the carpet that had gotten wet from a leak in the ceiling. I went there to check it out. I noticed the stained ceiling tile, but nothing else. The carpet looked fine and there was no foul smell. He walks in and asks, "You smell that?". I said, "No, I don't smell anything." He says, "You're probably just use to smelling crap."
Great. Now I can't smell crap. I should consider myself lucky.
How will I know if I get the smell out of his office now?

Forgot to blog yesterday. Typical monday. The nasty people didn't learn anything over the weekend. They're still nasty. These people weren't raised right.

I love the way people blame their mess on others. One popular snack in the cubicles is peanuts. The shells and skins get all over the place. The person always says that he's sorry, but it's the visitors that make the mess. Dude. Take away their fricken peanuts. If not, then quit complaining and quit bothering me. Live with it.

Damn, it rained hard this morning. Started to just blow work off and stay home, but I decided to go ahead and go in. What workers do show up, will be trashin the place up. It never stops. There is always work for the lowly janitor.

Monday morning and another day of cleaning up after nasty, stupid, lazy people. I'm glad I don't have to wipe there asses.
